Role playing on the phone today was kinda fun. The 6 of us who are involved with this M1 client project had to do role-playing as part of training and practice. All of us went to the call centre at level 5 and started calling each other, practising different scenarios. Haha at the end of it, our recordings were played back and it was really funny. You can really hear the difference when you first started out and when you made the last call for the day. Starting out, you can hear pauses, laughter, miscommunication and we were also being stumped at some questions.

Haha.. Some other teacher who acted as a difficult customer, came to test us too. Everyone was like so pressured by it because the questions she asked were really out of the blue. For some, she was nice.. For some she was scary.. and for some it was kinda lame.

Well, better laugh it all out now and have fun before the real thing starts. Monday will continue with role-playing again. It is to really make us really well prepared for the actual calling. Not sure when it starts though. On hand, we still have reports to do, field-trips to go, surveys and evaluations to complete and presentations to be prepared and done. Busy, busy, busy...

Don't wanna think so much now. It's Friday! Should get some rest and just relax for a bit. Was watching television just now and Allan Wu was actually on Fear Factor! Wow.. a pretty tough competitor he is but it was a waste when he lost the final battle for like only 2 secs in time.

Countdown.. bro will be going to report to camp tomorrow. Haha.. going to army. Ahhh.. sure gonna miss him for the days he won't be around. Well, going to send him off tomorrow. Should be at P.Tekong.
